Praise God from whom ALL, I said ALL, blessings flow! God is good! "ALL THE TIME." "All the time" GOD IS GOOD! Good or bad HE never changes and always stays the same. Amen? Can I get an AMEN? Thank you! I am just enjoying a little bragging time for my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! He blessed us w/ all of YOU! You all deserve, as my dad would say, "an atta boy!" for all the hard work you all did in petitioning the throne of God to see us and our daughter through the hard times. We again will NEVER be able to repay or say thank you enough for what you all have meant to us! No amount of money or material possessions in this world could ever do justice for all you did! Please remember to openly praise and thank God for hearing all of us. That would be mine and Michelle's biggest request is that HE get's all the credit for being the great Physician, Healer and Daddy to us!
I need to also say that we are ever in debt to Dr. Walters, his staff and ALL the wonderful nurses, pa's, respiratory, Unit aides and secretary's at Detroit Children's Hospital, YOU ALL ROCK!
NOW to what u all have been anticipating and t
She has NO MORE tubes in her little frame to speak of! HALLELUJAH JESUS! All 3 chest tubes? GONE! Foley catheter? GONE! IV fluids and meds? DONE! 4oz bottles of formula? DONE! Ok so what is left u ask? The central line in her right jugular vein (to be removed today) Right wrist Art Line (likely gone today) and the heart, oxygen and blood pressure monitors. They are beginning to wean her off the oxygen which is down from 1.5L of oxygen to 1L of oxygen. All her vitals are great. Pain is really not been an issue. All her incisions look great. She is beginning to smile and blow bubbles. She has won the entire staff over with her eyelashes and smile. They and us all have said she has been a great
patient!(unlike her mother)
Well we are going to go back over and see our little BOOBER and just smile like it's going out of style. She is likely to be transferred to the step down unit after 3pm eastern time today!
Until next time...
