In Flight Update!!! (10:00am)

Colleen RN came out to tell us that Hayleigh never once cried and just smiled! (that's my JOY) Colleen also stated that all the lines are in and all went in very smoothly. They are now entering the bypass (heart and lung machine) process that is scheduled to take about 1hr to 1.5hrs and then we will get another update b4 they start working on heart itself.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for all your thoughts, comments and most importantly your prayers. Please keep them coming. I can tell u this has been the single most difficult thing I have ever had to do in my life to date. WOW!

UPDATE W/I AN UPDATE:

Colleen just came in to inform us that she is on bypass now and that it could take up to 4hrs or little more or little less. She again reiterated that all is going smoothly and moving along faster than anticipated. We all are ok w/ Dr. Walters taking his time after all he has Hayleigh's heart in his hand, but the Creator of the universe has her in HIS mighty hand. (amen?) Well we will udate u much later.
